I find new lending opportunities by networking at local RE Meetups, Training Classes and real estate functions.   

We're hoping to be able to only have 1-2 months of vacancy so we can turn it and keep the train going. 

Super complicated and an absolute specialty I dont know how smaller players bust into this. 

Did you attend the training?

  ( i have owned 3 brokerages over the years and will stand behind those numbers).in the RE training space my thoughts are :5 to 10% of folks that pay for training do anything with it.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

None the less, I come from a background of training people for a living and it comes naturally to me to help others get started on this amazing journey called "Real Estate Investing"I started my cash flow real estate investing journey In January of 2023.

Written policies are necessary when you add employees to aid with training or enforcement of standards.I would focus on adding doors to your management company.

I've heard many places have desk fees or training cost, and there seem to be tools on the market commonly in use (Crexi, Costar, Buildout, etc), that make commercial real estate information more accessible than it normally would be.
