vs soothing words... 

A good experience in 'group think'.With 4 rulings in my favor but admitting no liability, as a sign of good will I tossed in $5k to sooth their bruised egos.  

The blazing fire not only rids me of the burden of storing their junk but it also offers me a soothing Therapeutic effect on my inner child seeing their belongings go up in smoke .

You never know what we will find soothing to the soul.  

If this is true, pastel is the way to go, especially if you want to soothe someone's fears!

I have brought this situation to some other principals of my firm and we have brainstormed all week thinking on how we could help (if at all possible) soothe this terrible injustice.

When the Boss is away, the mice will play.Maybe it doesn't have to be an all or nothing decision.You could take off every Monday, Tue, Wed 100%, or not start any work until 2pm and then shut down at 4:30 pm 7 days a week.Maybe have a backyard cabana with a bullfrog hotub, a grill, a comfy snoozable deckchair, and refreshments for your non work times.A get away from work at home type of thing (do not underestimate the soothing effects of a hot tub).Good Luck!

At first approximation Jim, I'd say 98% of them won't get over 5 units and all that worry and chatter about core 4 and Blind Trust that owes their LLC to make the judgement proof is a balm to sooth the fact that they know deep down inside they have a gnawing fear of stepping out into the abyss.
