They're basically two different skill sets and it's fallacious thinking to assume you can do one because you can do the other.

I have a macro level of what each skill does but should I have an accountant and a bookkeeper on my team or if I hire an accountant will they come with a bookkeeper.Which one or both should I look to hire?

Marketing ; the same and the ideas keep coming and coming My thinking is that you need more income and a sellable skill. 

Become really good at it and refine the skill.

But if you feel like you can learn the same skills on your own through experience and other resources, saving that extra tuition for your first investment might be the better move.

What new apartments are permitted around it...or 1/2 way thru construction, but not on the market.How do you become an expert or master it.....probably like any other skill...practice. 

Ours are more like soft corrections.
