Do you know of any so called guru's that has become a billionaire from real estate?

So why is that?

I was in renovations in columbus ohio for 6 years and it did get tiring and so we transitioned to new construction and it's much easier 

But if you are looking for 1-4 units residential purchased by an individual then PS is a great place to find a list, skipt trace then cold call or text. 

But on this specific guy, I jumped on a call to explore the program and it was a high pressure sales call, it did not feel organic, not trustworthy and certainly did not feel the right fit.Why would someone spend 10k on a so niched-down space of real estate when they can get someone for the same amount to teach him/her everything?  

Only certain ones have a seperate desk (beyond the DMV), called index services.
