Possibly even offer some gifts to tenants during hard times(next 30 days example), decreased rents for a month or even gift baskets with (tp/sanitizer/food)!

Colleagues are posting signs and we are sanitizing.

Have hand sanitizer on hand for both of you, even use disposable gloves. 

I thought about driving by and leaving a little care package with some toilet paper, sanitizer, and snacks but I have too much going on with the outbreak at my regular job to get that together lol.

I can't give any recommendations, but whoever you go with, I'd suggest making sure they are ready, willing, and able to sanitize just about anything in your units.

I am offering to cover the cost of grocery delivery to my cabins through my PM as well as having a little extra marketing push around having the cabins “sanitized” which basically means nothing.

I mentioned, I will have sanitizer and cleaners for all as well as discuss no touching anything and covering coughs to interested parties. 

I don't recommend walking away because of the current events that are making people hoard toilet paper and sanitizer.

Maybe offering a common area hand sanitizer people can use on way in or out. 

We are using hand sanitizer and wiping down things I touch (light switches and door knobs) plus items the prospective tenants touch like handrails.We show occupied units, and typically have leases signed 5 months before the unit will be ready for the new tenant.
