Miguel,I just attended a class on this, and some of the suggestions that were offered in the class include: - direct marketing (using lists or the county tax records to locate owner of properties you are interested in)- newspaper ads- roadside signs- internet - targeted adsIt sounds like you are getting ready to start the driving/walking for dollars.

I have tried to get as much information as I can.Looking at a roadside motel on a major road in a rural area.   15 miles away is a medium-sized college campus, and it's within 45 minutes of a big NASCAR venue, but other than that it is NOT a tourist destination - just rural area known for hunting, fishing, hiking, etc.

@Estelle Lee  Unfortunately, the thing that initially appeared to be a big positive (roadside visibility) is probably the biggest problem. 25k cars per day is great if you're selling something but most renters don't want to live that close to that much traffic.
