There's very good reasons you have to be licesensed and pass a criminal background check to get a license.

They rarely pass a property on initial inspection because they want to be paid for another inspection.4) They can't come up with security deposit.5) S8 offices are using tech from the 1990's!

I think we need to do more to make sure that SDDI and entitlements pass a common sense test.

He may require you to get a structural engineer into the project (or maybe not), but he should at least be able to tell you what you need to do to eventually pass a CO inspection.

Without a job ,  or a credit report and all the other necessary info they cant pass a background check .Will the government make it illegal to do back ground checks ?

There is a reason in most states you have to pass a criminal background check to become an agent.

Answer - Why in the world would I pass a lead along to someone I don't know, don't trust, and/or haven't done business with? 

Before you only had to pass a 2 minute flow test and even that was up to the pumpers discretion.
