I believe in servicing both owner and guests.

I know for our portal in Buildium owners can log in and run different reports like income statements, profit and loss, general ledger, etc.

I think our best client in the last 4 years we probably made them $750,000.Then I get the call from the one property owner trying to nickel and dime me that we will charge $190 for his townhome and he can get someone else to do it for $125.

Especially on a rental property. 

I am not at an attorney, but if your "tenant" stops paying, and you try to take them to court to evict them, you're not even the owner of the property.
