Selling WI property and turning profit into rental.
I am just out side of Elkhorn, WI and selling our property the is 5 blocks from the lake. If sold for the amount I want I will have 30k to 40k at the end. Love to keep relator out of it, but may need realtor to find a next deal for me as a duplex up to 4 plex on VA loan/owner occupy. Was looking for advice to sell at a good price point but ASAP and do I have to turn that money over to a new property right away? Thanks for responding.
