I'm reaching out to BP to get good in depth answers about how powerful the loan truly is as I have tried to find podcasts/books and can't find any good ones.

We've been reading everything we can get our hands on, listening to podcasts, and spending time every morning reading and learning from the forums here at BP. 

All good reading and listening, education is best and if you want to learn you have to ingest as much information as possible.I read many books that helped me, but my go-to is listeining to at least 2hrs of podcast with real examples per day.One very important things that "want-to-be" fails is to understand that real estate has many different specialities, so you have to focus your time in your real project.

As you read these books, watch the BiggerPockets podcasts.

I recommend starting with some BP podcasts and starting to figure out what your skills, interest and capital align with.

I would recommend you begin researching Chicago based meetups as there are a bunch of really good ones.

We are based of course in one of the most expensive places to live yay to that.
