@James WiseHey, I just want to say I was told in another forum post I am mean and it was irresponsible for telling a potential homebuyer who did not have earnest money deposit that if you don’t have the money for earnest money deposit that should not be buying a houseBecause a 23 year old living with mommy and daddy’s mansion says they buy all the time with no money down….So why you trying to kill their dreams - Lightbulb moment!!!

I am the owner of a 10,000 sqft luxury mansion in Hawaii that I have spent the past two years renovating and managing.

I'm a new investor who's recently purchased a property in the Malibu Groves area, close to some impressive mansions.

I am moving into this direction rather than investing for two hundred bucks per month somewhere in Indianaville.d) My stress is even negative now since I'm moving to new 'mansion' for househack, I'm literally mortgage free LOLI guess we can redirect our hobby in real estate into better health as well.

If a celebrity in a $30 million mansion is leaving because of crime or to give their kids a better life, how many middle-income families are doing the same?

I actually started with an arbitraged beachfront mansion in FL in 2016, so it is legit. 

Then we have 10k sqft 10/12 log mansions. 2k sqft docks with 400 feet of water front (ours has 65).

Purchase price: $350,000 Cash invested: $600,000 I own and operate Platinum Resort Assisted Living, a 16-bed Memory Care Mansion located in the heart of Georgetown, TX!

The house is the only one left out of a whole neighborhood of mansions that were once in the area. 

There are mansions and then boarded up drug houses a few streets away...Thanks for the advice!
