This is what the woman's lawyer stated:"To begin, "man" cannot unilaterally modify and/or amend a lease agreement entered into by and between the landlord of the premises, and/or his/her/its agent, and "woman" and "man" as tenants.Anybody know?

I was extremely blessed and lucky that everything has gone almost perfectly, but as perfectly as one could hope, other than finding a company to give this man a loan without needing the purchase agreement to be directly between him and the person whose name is on the deed currently.

Additionally, he'd serve as the maintenance man as things come up.

Idk man, a good realtor that is a master of their craft can make you money.

Nothing wrong with that but it sounds like "give a man a fish..." vs really learning about the many opportunities and variances of what can happen in RE deals and the challenges that come with that.

They assume it's 'the man' ... a large,faceless corporation with unlimited resources. 

Now the next step is to find a good property management company/a handy man/a certified electrician and a plumber to fix few things up for us If you have any recommendations, please feel free to share!
