I have an inquiry on my sfr rental from a young immigrant couple. 

I am worried that Trump may lose, and Kamala will destroy the U.S. with inflations, her stupid policies that weaken the dollar, the immigration will continue, etc...

I am of immigrant household..... 1st and 2nd gen.....

Thing is this, they want multiple data to follow their trajectory, they think one indicator like inflation data is not sufficient to make cut decision, they are then waiting for the employment to collapse to start printing again as they want to make the pain in economy as long as possible.If the Fed was concerned about employment and job growth, they would have a more aggressive take on all of the illegal immigration and how that affects jobs availability.They see it as an increase in consumers (the velocity of money) and are not worried about how these consumers are going to pay for the things they consume (job growth).

SFH I believe will cool down a bit, the narrative of huge immigration and East Silicon Valley is kind of dying down.

Im 30, my mom lives with me because she is divorced and depends on me - its a cultural difference, we are immigrants from Russia that came here with almost nothing and have struggled financially since we got here.

You cannot blame New Western for this -- it is akin to hiring illegal immigrant labor to do skilled work and being unsatisfied with the result.

There are consequences for our government decisions and a lot of current policy and national sentiment continues to be inflationary (tighter immigration, high tariffs, wars, nationalism/isolationism, child tax credits, student loan forbearance, high government spending/deficits). 

Same background (European immigrant, working in Tech but on the side real estate investor abroad and then started building my portfolio here).
