I can understand the concern because of the odor, but your question did not include smoking marijuana or taking marijuana pills for medicinal purposes. 

I was finishing up a career in medicine, running a small ranch with my family, and growing my real estate business into a multifamily focused operation and was buried with tasks.

On top of that she was not told that everytime she makes that 3% payment that her balance on her mortgage is increasing.

I'm currently transitioning out of my crazy, 100+hr work week, job to doing locum tenens (temp jobs for docs) and pursuing my broker's license.My short term goals include:1) Not falling back into "employed" medicine for the convenience of it.2) Finding our first flip or wholesale3) making new friends in the REI world, learning as much as I can, and making a new future for myself and my spouse!

I have looked for magic sprays and powders, have used herbal concoction sprays, , expensive ionizers, etc.

Do Not Trust your average handyman for this.Bathroom vanities, medicine cabinets, and light bars are pretty inexpensive anymore, and replacing the usual Box vanity with a pedestal sink makes the lua appear much more spacious (admittedly, you lose some storage, but you can regain that with an over the john cabinet or shelving.)If your tub surround is trash, fix it right...new concrete backer and ceramic tile.
