The decent producing Realtors, the ones that sell a fair amount of homes, already know what's up and aren't doing a lot of hands on hips drama routines with pointless threats and all that (top producers never do drama routines anyways, it's a characteristic of being a top producer, and in case someone takes this as gendered commentary because I referenced hips, it is decidedly not gender specific, drama propensity is equal opportunity in this case), but the lower producing realtors are all working on their Ph.D's in Drama Llama Sciences.

I kinda wonder what's next, do realtors need to remove headshots from our card and marketing content so that sellers dont discriminate based on the color or gender of the buyer's agent?

Goes without saying that this has NOTHING to do with race, gender, or other social status.I actually saw a BP podcast episode where an investor broke down his section-8 investment strategy, and he targets long-term tenants who are lower-income but still keep the home in good shape, pay on time, etc.

There are certain things you can't turn away or it's illegal discrimination, but "AirBnB" is not a protected class like religion or gender or familial status.

Lastly, you should review Fair Housing Laws federally and for your state and or city...you can not discriminate against people if they have kids, or because of any protected classes(ie race, age, gender, sexual orientation, etc) I own and manage 37 units for 20 years.
