Any interest in a mastermind group? (active investors only)

Hi everyone, I'm interested in starting a mastermind group of around 6 people who want to connect a couple times a month to share what we're working on and give each other ideas/advice. This is for people who already invest in real estate (must already have at least 5 units), not those who are interested but haven't started yet. Any ages, genders, careers, locations, etc are welcome! I will likely limit this to 5-8 people though, so first come first serve.

I haven't done this before, but I figure we'd have an hourlong call 2x a month to discuss mostly stuff we are working on or trying to solve and exchange ideas. If you'd like to join, then comment your city, career, and a brief description of your investments or goals below

I was literally thinking about this exact same idea. I typically go to @Joe Fairless monthly meet up in Deer Park which is incredible, but I am looking to start something smaller and more focused on strictly buy/hold multifamily. I have 16 units currently and under contract on 24 more to close next month, I am hoping to scale up massively this year and looking for other like minded investors to have high level conversations monthly and help each of us grow and help with accountability for our goals. I most likely would meet on the east side of town, so if you guys are interested I would be happy to talk more and make some arrangements.
