I'm currently a freelance designer, and I have a lot of extra time that I'd love to devote to this.

I am a freelance producer and also own a production company.  

The fact that it's free for an individual freelancer without employees is also nice.

Looking for a part-time freelance marketing professional who specializes in Search Engine Marketing, Paid Advertising to manage a digital marketing and advertising campaign for residential lots in NC. 

They are simply free lancers, driving for car shared companies, or becoming Task Rabbiters and Thumbtack professionals.  

That's when I learned that none of these unanswered questions were relevant to running a business.My business failed after a year, but I managed to find a W-2 job (technical writing) that combined the mission of my failed business (freelance writing) with my previous W-2 career (computer tech).

Currently, I'm doing freelance work and some odd jobs since I've been back in the states for about 3 weeks. 

A quick follow up question on this - I do have a small consulting / freelancing gig on the side and will be a 1099 income, but it will probably be less than $2K for this year.

We have a mid-term plan in place to transition to real estate/freelance type income fully within 6-10 years.
