Driving for Dollars in Ohio

Hi BP Fam,

I want to break into the real estate investing world, funds and knowledge are just a little low now. I was wondering if anyone was doing driving for dollar deals. I currently freelance as a delivery driver in my free time in the Cincinnati and Dayton area. I come across tons of houses for sale including some FSBO properties. I just need to know what information I need to be looking up about these properties and who I should be passing the good properties off too. Also, if I could shadow someone to learn more about the process would be great. As mentioned I don't have a lot of knowledge or funds but I am VERY self-driven.

 Any advice or assistance is highly appreciated.
