In our experience, the #1 mistake landlords make when selecting a Property Management Company (PMC) is ASSUMING instead of CONFIRMING.

I know of several excellent property managers in the North Alabama area that would service the Harvest area, including several that I've never worked with personally, but have a good rep in the area. 

The experience varies based on location, tenant management, and financing, but overall, it’s an excellent way to get started with minimal upfront costs.Good luck!

Plus you can be more selective of the tenants you rent to being an owner occupant!

My suggestion would be to select someone with the most forum posts or most reviews.

My only real estate experience is purchasing my own home, so I'm navigating a lot of new territory when it comes to financing, property selection, and management. 

They can take time with their search and be more selective about a property’s location and condition.

Like I said we are looking to broaden our selection.
