So maybe you’re accredited, or maybe you’re not, but you’re really wondering HOW someone invests in these elusive real estate syndication deals you’re reading so much about.

That's the elusive purple leopard of the day . . . and without skilled execution even the best deal and the greatest money will have zilch to show for it.So, what you can do to justify a 50/50 split is . . . bring the deal and execute it with the utmost integrity and excellence. 

They’re not all going to just sit around indefinitely hoping for an elusive high paying service job here, with no local support etc, when they can move back home, work in a family or friend’s business or such.

Sometimes those elusive legendary deals are just a phone call away.

But this business of "you don't need money or good credit" to become an investor is extremely elusive.

Or do we just need to keep hunting down that ever elusive Realtor willing to do it?

But probably most of all, I think instead of trying to craft the elusive single perfect strategy, it's important (in my opinion) to simply get started one way or the other and take that first step.You're at an exciting stage, and I wish you the best!
