How do you get an MLS flat fee listing?

The rehab that my partner and I have been working on is nearing completion. We've been talking with multiple Realtors trying to find someone willing to do a flat fee listing but we're receiving a lot of hesitation. Some who used to do it say it led to negative relationships with other Realtors.

Is there a service out there that can put a listing on the local MLS? Or do we just need to keep hunting down that ever elusive Realtor willing to do it? And what price seems fair for a flat fee listing?
