The numbers seem solid but we won't be able to tell you how you truly did until you can let us know whether or not the tenants paid all rent on time and couldn't have been more courteous or they started destroying the property and you had to evict them.

I normally would just being courteous but just curious

Be kind friendly and courteous, but stay professional.Expect every tenant to love you in the beginning, and loath you in the end.  

Haven't noticed a single bit of difference in either.....I wouldn't worry about it....just be courteous with guests, keep your house clean, Etc....what most people  would normally do anyway.....

The lady was courteous but did not give me any info.  

Always be on time, always do quality work, always be courteous and respectful to customers, peers, and bosses. 

That said, always been courteous and professional.

All this for a low price.We just need them to be little courteous and patient and not be so bossy.Can't afford a property manager.
