Mrs Murphy Law for Live-in Tenants in Massachusetts
Hey All - I am house hacking a condo in Boston, MA, and am curious how fair housing laws work for live-in landlords.
Am I allowed to treat my search for tenants any differently because I live in the unit? Not sure how the Mrs. Murphy law applies in this situation.
Thanks!
Sam
