I was on a Senate Steering committee way back in 85 on how to deal with all the platted antiquated lots in CA. there are millions lots created before the modern rules and these lots exist today but many are not buildable and are traded back and forth from tax sale buyers to retail buyers who dont realize their 5k lot in CA is non buildable.So there was a big conference in FT.

Whether it’s grabbing coffee, attending a session together, or just sharing insights, let’s make the most of the conference.  

Becoming a member of NARPM and attending the conferences and all the education they offer is the best thing you can do to educate yourself on the ins and outs of Property Management.   

Real estate investing Conferences/Expos - These are a great way to completely immerse yourself in real estate investing for a couple days, and be surrounded by like minded people the entire time.

Listening to podcasts and attending local meetups/conferences is a great way to meet others and learn more about RE.
