I can only conclude that someone with a lot of cash was getting anxious to deploy their money quickly and was willing to pay well above what the broker (and many buyers) thought it would sell for.Perhaps it is not such a bad time to sell!

(Would this time frame of 1-2 years start at the time we purchased the property and started the reverse 1031 exchange or from when the 1031 exchange concluded, and it was moved from the required LLC during the exchange into our names?)
