having grown up in N> CA  Napa Lake Sonoma Mendo counties and now living in the Willamette valley I have seen first hand how the Winery business has blossomed all over the country..

I personally think it's great to be in such a blossoming metropolis.

Have co-founded a start up that was born as a deep clean, rehab, and staging service, that has blossomed into an investment company as well.

Deer, turkey, squirrels, possums, raccoons, armadillos, rabbits, turkey vultures, (one circling out there right now) hawks, eagles, coyotes, a bear or two, and one nasty groundhog that ate all the blossoms off my pansies!

How's your current project blossoming?

In Jax alone I see homes that are a diamond in the rough every day, and neighborhoods on the verge of blossoming into true glory (Riverside I'm looking at you).

Less profit for you on the first deal, but you're in the game and have obtained credibility for yourself for future deals - deals that could find you being the mentor taking a piece of the KP pie for little personal risk, while also helping another blossoming investor such as yourself to enter the game.
