The whole area is tropical-ish and there is so much to do that a family coming down for a week may hit the beach once or twice, catch a spring training game, go to the water park, go to the zoo in Naples (50-60 minutes away), explore Sanibel, try a different beach (Englewood or Barefoot... both 60 minutes away), walk the streets of historic downtown Fort Myers and enjoy one of the many craft breweries or distilleries in the area.Sorry... put my broker hat on for that pitch. :-)

Now that guy up in Seattle who did the barrel rolls in the Q 400 now that was something.. and there was a kid called the barefoot bandit who had no formal training in flying that would steal Cirrus airplanes ( the plane we fly) you can kill yourself real quick in those but somehow Darwin theory never evolved for him and he ended up in Jail.The state wants to make an example out of you for violating the laws on the books and you can count on draining your savings..

the landlord would not fix the bathtub as you can see its not usable. the apartment over me had a flood and leaked water into the bathroom ruining the paint. also look at the mold builds up the new owner told me to use bleach and fix it. the carpet was old and dirty when i moved in was dirty if i walk on it bare footed my feet look like i have bee walking on black coals. they turned off the gas and water for 2 days we dang near froze to death. new owners now and they have been here for 2 months and they wont fix it either but they refurbished 3 other unitshttp://img259.imageshack.us/img259/920/1032414.th.jpghttp://img811.imageshack.us/img811/5759/1032415.th.jpghttp://img502.imageshack.us/img502/2409/1032417.th.jpg

One person mentioned adding sand with the epoxy mix to add slip resistance, but I've walked bare foot on enough Non-Skid (paint and sand mixture) to know that I wouldn't want that inside my house.

I like to be able to walk around barefoot in my bedroom so I still prefer to have carpet there.
