I couldn't get anything close for the same price in Tulum by far, not even the small studio @Heidy Fu is looking at.You also have Akumal, Puerto Morelos and Puerto Aventuras and you have places that are between cities too but you won't have a rental pool that's anything close to that of Playa or Tulum. 

The property is located close to Aventura Mall, off of Biscayne Blvd in South Florida.

Are you in Cancun or in Puerto Aventuras?

I grew up there had some rentals at 250k, your best bet is East if you want good caps but I got some property in Aventura for 280k and I get 2,400 and great tenants is good area I think.

Areas like Aventura, Brickell, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami are hot areas for developers and many projects are being sold out before shovels even hit the ground. 

Mostly working in North Miami, Aventura, Hallandale Beach and Hollywood areas.Looking to connect with local community and hopefully work together in the future.

I'm currently attempting this (live in Aventura, investing in Broward/Dade) as I plan to purchase a property within 2-3 months for my first flip.
