Hello, I'm Michael from Michigan...

Hello and I'm very glad to have 'stumbled' across this community.  I'm new to the real estate investing world, although I have purchased homes for my family and I to live in; I have only owned one other rental condo in Plymouth Michigan.  I sold that nearly a decade ago.  I am a school teacher and have been for the past 16 years.  I have been blessed to work with great schools, kids and staff all around the world.  I have learned much from travel teaching experiences.

I moved back to Michigan a little over a year ago due to the illness of my Dad.  He passed away recently and I was glad I came back to Michigan and spent the last year of his life with him and my family.  I believe life presents opportunities when 'one' is ready and willing to see them, that said I have done much introspection and have high hopes that a new path with new ideas and new revenue streams will allow me time to spend with my family and to teach when I want and not feel obligated to work every day in a a system that feels broken to me.

My hope is to create passive revenue in the amount of $4000 a month though rental properties and house flipping.  I am very familiar with the south east area of Michigan, (Wayne, Oakland, Macomb), counties, which is where I am looking to invest.  I hope to partner up with other investors and learn from them.  I have money to invest and I'm reading and studying all I can on the real estate investment game.  This has turned into a rather long introduction, sorry about that, I guess once a teacher, always a teacher... we like to hear ourselves talk!

Thank you for your time, God Bless and I look forward to making money and learning alongside you all.
