Hey everyone! Long time reader but this is my first post. I'm a Miami investor with a knack for construction management. Been involved with construction/pre construction for the past 10 years, and have finally built up my network of contractors and investors to jump on my first official flip. Really excited yet really scared too. I'm always on the lookout for good deals in the Miami area (especially the Grove, Little Havana, and the Roads areas) but having issues finding great deals so far yet I know they are out there. Would really like to link up with some good/legit wholesalers and people with deals ready to jump on. Love the forums and this site. Amazing how much info is on here. Look forward to hearing from you guys!
