Really helped me feel confident in my decision making.Tenant 2: Has a propane tank in the house he has hooked up to some heating apparatus and using to heat his unit (I am assuming to save on his electric bill...house comes with an electric furnace).

Account Closed   I was just in Chicago  NIce balmy 0 degree's but you should see what they do to secure homes that are being renovated or have gone vacant.. its called a Dawg system.. you can probably google it.. but its metal doors and window guards that cannot be removed unless you have a jaws of life type of apparatus

I don't intend to be governed in life by my fears nor my childish desires to be percieved as a "player" by putting into place some Rube Goldberg configured apparatus of legal entities, trusts and special agreements.Of course some degree of asset governance planning will always be prudent, but don't be swayed by those asset protection plan peddlers that do little more than exploit people's fear and vanity propensities to make a quick buck.for me the only litigation has been partnership disputes..
