I have a client that has a cozy home that they would love to sell the problem is the smell.  The couple smoked for 30 years and have tried everything such as kilz, repainting, cleaning the air ducts, charcoal,  cleaning carpet, vinger...etc you name it. I have heard about an ozone generator and I'm wondering if it works. Is there anyone with experience in using this apparatus and does it work.

Painter, have them apply Kilz  original  oil based, then paint the house, and have the floors profshionally steam cleaned.

Everything else is expensive and does not work as well.

When you don't want to do the above, just go buy "new smell"  electrical air fresheners, the ones with the little oil container that plugs into it. Put one for every outlet in the room. The fresh smell will be so strong you won't smell much else.
