Most turnkey properties these days are usually cash flowing $200-$250 per month with 25% down.

I understand it will take more than a message to penetrate the core of your being however i hope you can start to see this situation from a different perspective.

Closing costs, necessary cash reserves, and the expenses to get a property market ready are more than most first time investors think.I have nothing to sell and would be happy to help if you think that I can be a resource.

I just went throught the entire screening process and its more like $6,800. 

Anyone with the capabilities to do basic research knows and understands this. 

This is one area where it helps tremendously to have per-existing relationships with people in the industry such as family or friends.

This strategy could work.
