From personal experience, our firm has done well selling to investors in areas such as Cobb's Creek, South Philly (Gray's Ferry/Passyunk Crossing), Strawberry Mansion, Brewerytown, Kensington and Port Richmond.Have you found success in these neighborhoods?

Some of my investors love Port Richmond, Kensington, Grays Ferry, Cobbs Creek, and Strawberry Mansion just to name a few.

Same problem is hitting the Argo business where in some places, crops spoil in the field because no one is interested in being a strawberry picker, etc. 

It is also the only place I've read how a strawberry picker got a loan on a house in the $700,000 range.

It will be fun to solve to problem.With open space you can, "by right" go agricultural -- (strawberries is what I did).

I recently found a "Deal" in Strawberry Mansion Philadelphia (19121).

I have been looking at homes in Brewerytown, Strawberry Mansion, Kensington, and Port Richmond, but with that being said, I am very open to other neighborhoods as well if they are connected near public transportation.
