I never heard of the bank and when I went into their branch in El Segundo California I was surprised to see not one customer come into the bank during the 5 or 6 times I was opening and closing accounts and dealing with the branch manager who was wearing blue jeans, a regular shirt with no tie and looked more like a janitor.If I rated this bank based on their appearance I would probably not have done business with them, but they gave me the best loan I could get.

etcAlso, this is not 100% accurate, some areas do allow the ADU to be in front like El Segundo which does have limitations to it.

:)There's a cool spot called "Flights" right off the 405 on El Segundo Ave.  

I know I graduated El- Segundo High by LAX Class of 79, surfed the entire CA cost, hunington/newport beach most weekends.

I also spoke to a BP member who said he purchased an SFR near El Segundo area and he's house-hacking by renting out the bedrooms to different individuals. 

I’m a regular at the South Bay meetings which are held in El Segundo.

If that house was in the neighboring Wiseburn School district west of Hawthorne Blvd and south of El Segundo I would be giving you a different opinion.

BP doesn't seem to accept email nor phone numbers in my posts.I will be going the the next FIBI meeting in El Segundo on Deccember 9th and this Thursday to the downtown Los Angeles REIA meeting for something about Tax Trust Deeds.
