anybody here stay in Los Angeles
Anybody here who is active in multifamily live in Los Angeles? You don't have to be an investor. You can be a broker, property manager, contractor, insurance broker, lender, etc. All I care about is that you stay in LA and you have your hands in multifamily some way some how.
