@Caroline Gerardo ....The budget you see or cant see lol, is just the cost to build it does not include my soft costs (fences, porter potty, commissions, etc etc) but in a nut shell the budget calls for 989k per house which is approx 170sqft including finishes....here are the 3d renderings, everything approved, just submitted the building permit.
