The trades didn't pay as well back then so after high school I got an associate of liberal arts ( auto repair ase certification) then continued learn in ng took hydraulic system repair and building pumps included and until an injury in2003 was a journey iron working doing structural installing commercial doors where they originally were not designed to be .always running my own side home repair business and taking any chance to learn anything new or a better way to do things because I feel if you aren't moving forward you are stagnating .I wanted to just say thank you for accepting me and I am grateful for any and all recommendations,tips or critiques as I strive to become the best version of myself I can .

After hours on the phone trying to escalate in any manner I could and listening to their baloney blaming my attorney's escrow account, I was somehow connected to a development manager (literally a software engineering manager), who alerted me to a bug in the system where, under certain conditions, a support rep accessing my account for support purposes (e.g., my phone call the night before), can trick the system into thinking the business phone number or address was changed, thus putting a hold on outgoing transfers (both wire and ACH) until they verify the information.

I've never seen any value in being a part of NAR other than the fact that many MLS systems require Agents to affiliate with Local, State, and National Realtor organizations to be able to use the MLS.Now with all of these lawsuits, some of which are about the practice of MLS's "forcing" real estate agents to become Realtors in order to use the MLS, many MLS's are no longer requiring this.
