Hi, my name is Malcolm Iyizoba and I recently began my wholesaling journey. I am a former real estate agent but much of the reason I transitioned to wholesaling is because it felt that the process has a lot more freedom. I am currently located in the Newark area and have a few investors I know through personal and real estate connections.
