By strategically using owner-occupied financing, creative financing strategies, and refinancing options, you can scale your investments while preserving liquidit y.

I've been at this a while and have over 70% equity in my combined portfolio, and I'm over 50 years of age, so I don't look at creative financing options.

Some states make it relatively easy to track down off-market deals, while others require a lot more creativity and persistence. 

However, beware that certain “passionate” parties posting on BP have taken to an almost “religious” crusade against about anything that can be considered “creative”.  

I have heard about doing deals with little to no cash down but I'm skeptical about whether creative financing options are truly viable.
