The new RTLO will effect as far west as Elgin and Barrington so some buyer habits will change.

Sheffield, Great Barrington, Lenox and Stockbridge in Massachusetts and Stowe, Morrisville, Manchester Center, Woodstock and White River Junction in Vermont all have $3079 - $4098 monthly average short term revenue (not gross) with 45% - 73% occupancy all depending on which town.

I live out here in Palatine and decided to go with Baird & Warner in Barrington because of all the training they offer and the awesome managing broker.

Hey @Ralph Patulot if you're going to keep working in Barrington then I'd say start house hacking in South Philly as you'll be closest to the Walt Whitman Bridge.

Hello, I'm looking at a few properties in the Berkshires (Pittsfield, Lee, Lenox, North Adams, Williamstown) - Massachusetts (Great Barrington) and I need a contractor to walk the properties with me, provide estimates on the rehab and ultimately, do the rehab if the deal goes through.  

I was under contract for a property in Barrington but it just fell through by the structural inspection proved to have 70K of hidden expenses.
