Hello BiggerPockets community,My wife and I purchased a house in Katy, TX a few years ago for $230k, right before the market surged.

I have lived here for over 10 years(lived in Roswell right next door prior to that) and own many properties here.

It's been over a year of trying to get my tenants deposit back.

I know this company.and I purchased one of their programs.i worked very hard to get some files in and it's been almost a year since I turned in files I have yet to see any money from this company..I saved up to do this program and there are a lot of things they do not tell you..they have you and 1000s of others doing research..title searching.

The fund used to post semi-annual reports on their investor site, but those reports stopped in the middle of last year.

One of the most common posts observed in the forums is "I just settled on my 3rd section 8 rental and have a goal of reaching XYZ doors in 3 years, 5 years etc".

Were they licensed?

I have 2 years of residential sales experience and 2 years working with an investor.
