Hello from California

Hi everyone! My name is Alyssa, I'm a real estate agent in Los Angeles and just started at a wholesale brokerage. I have 2 years of residential sales experience and 2 years working with an investor. I'm looking forward to learning and growing, and hope to make some solid connections along the way.

Thanks, @Ned Carey! There is an option on the purchase contract to assign the deal to a new end buyer as long as the seller agrees. Another option is for the wholesaler to purchase the property outright and then sell it to the end buyer concurrently. Both are completely legal here in CA, is it different in MD?
