Hi all, I currently have a duplex that would be a great candidate to rent out to travel nurses (it's right next to a large hospital).

Tampa for 30 years and I took a whole year to finally decide on a Townhome in Valrico to buy for Cash, so I could have a nice, safe, quiet place to come back to from my travels.

I guess I am hands on so it’s harder to buy too far and have to travel to manage for a property fully.

what would it take for you to travel to the market, are you willing to commute?

I was very surprised to find no hand soap in the dispenser by the bathroom sink (gtoss), no bar soap for the shower - just a travel size bottle of body wash.
