I have been interested in real estate for a long time. I worked on home rehabs before but it for for someone else. I been reading a lot and looking at the market for potential properties. What more can I do to make my first deal possible ?

@Junaid Nazir I used www.lifestylesunlimited.com to find a mentor. Grant Cardone is awesome as well.
