Traveling from airport(LAX) to home just got cut in half or more!

I also have a Facebook page that details our rentals, and I try to post a couple times a week with ideas about things to do in the area when people travel.  

I have traveled the world, tasted some the finest cuisines, stayed at some the most elegant establishments, married to a beautiful woman and father of two children.You see in most instances, I am just like many other citizens.

I'm in Columbia so the travel time and managing my crews at that distance isn't a concern.It's on Linda St, 29405, which looks to be an established working class neighborhood, close to Mark Clark and Boeing's plant.

Aside from handling confidence information, there are tasks that can have larger consequences such as purchase travel tickets (credit card info in their hands, costly if made mistake).

I've no idea whether it's legal or not, but I do make a habit of taking screenshots of text conversations where either I or the tenant agree to do something, or when I'm texting a utility bill for reimbursement or something like that.  

The property has no mortgage and is paid in full.My market in sunny South Florida but I often travel up to the Charlotte area. 

do any of you folks here pay your travel expenses to visit properties (that you already own or are considering buying) through your self-directed IRA?

You guys travel too much!

My goal is to be able to generate enough passive income to be able to "retire" in four years and pursue my dreams of traveling around the world and work part time as a fitness instructor/personal trainer(which is my passion).I'd love to meet more like minded people and to work with people who are also investing in the same locations as me!
