Virtual assistant and confidential information
I'm considering a virtual assistant to handle tedious tasks but some of them have bank or tax information probably including SSN. Have you work with your VA on confidential information like that? How do they build trust with you?
Aside from handling confidence information, there are tasks that can have larger consequences such as purchase travel tickets (credit card info in their hands, costly if made mistake). Wonder how someone with VA experience feel about those sort of tasks.
