They also say that by sanding and refinishing I will void the manufacturers warranty.The floors look terrible and I don't want to void the warranty, I also don't want to be unfair to my tenant either and make them replace the floors all together.

Generally I dont like investing in an environment like that but if it stays flat to slightly down and cashflows i can still depreciate so its not terrible.2) oil pricing might impact investors and could create some situations where investors need to free up cash and basically have to sell properties even if its cash flow positive to raise cash.

Here are some of the things I have used it for:Scraping military listings from USAA & Military By Owner.Scraping properties from a turnkey provider to get notified when new ones were added in a specific zip code.Scraping Padmapper for rental listings, and then reaching out the owners.Scraping state / county auction sites.That last one is particularly interesting to me, those sites are usually terrible, old-fashioned, government run sites.
