I'm currently looking for Buy and Hold properties the Austin, Cedar Park and Round Rock areas.I found the forums a while back but am just getting around to introducing myself.

Killeen is actually the largest town between Austin and Dallas - larger than Waco, Temple, Round Rock, Georgetown, all of them.

I like to formulate a plan and then execute that plan with the understanding that you always need a plan B (and maybe plan C).I'm currently spending my time reading and researching whatever I can on real estate investing which is how I came across BiggerPockets.com.
