Arlington is already pretty wealthy and I know there's deals everywhere you just need to find them but how can you add value to that would it be a better strategy to invest in the surrounding markets like Stafford or Fredericksburg?

Buy a new stove as they are pretty inexpensive, charge the tenant half, explaining it is based on cost to repair, and move on. 

I’m going to buy as much as I can because this pretty much means a lot of these areas will be developed and that’s just going to help my property value long term along rents raising as well.
